PAIKON is an AI-based analysis tool for automated HER2-FISH evaluation in breast and stomach cancer. PAIKON assists clinical diagnosis by providing detailed quantification of FISH signals from microscopic and whole-slide fluorescence images. PAIKON is intended for research purposes only, not for diagnostic procedures.

Optimized Genotyping – asGBS*
asGBS is our genetic analysis platform that enables efficient genotyping. The genome of the tissue/individual to be analyzed does not have to be already decoded, as our approach works independently of it.
asGBS combines optimized laboratory procedures with automated analysis algorithms for DNA sequence analysis. In this process, all repetitive DNA sequences of the genome to be analyzed are depleted prior to sequencing in order to realize a more cost-effective and simpler genotyping.
